About Your Therapist

Like many of my clients, I’m a working woman with a husband and teenagers at home. Before setting up my own beauty practice in Surrey, I trained in Cosmetology and Beauty Therapy in both the USA and UK, working in an English salon for five years.

In 2005 I established Beauty at Home. I wanted to take the salon out to people so they could relax and enjoy a varied range of treatments in the privacy and comfort of their own homes. I also became an accredited member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.

Over time I’ve attracted a wide cross section of clients who all like the idea of being pampered at home - whether they’re having facials and manicures for a night out or aromatherapy and full-body massages to relieve the stress and tensions of busy lives. My aim is always to provide a professional and relaxing service – to help them prepare for weddings, holidays and important social events or just give them treatments which produce a greater sense of wellbeing.

With groups, like school PTAs, I may offer beauty treatments at fundraising events or support social-service organisations by, for example, providing pamper days for carers in the community. Plus I can organise beauty days for exhausted young mums, help excited teenagers get ready for a prom or simply provide chill-out time with treatments for a bunch of hard-working career women.

There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a client looking and feeling better about her or himself after a treatment.
