The 20 Waterproof Eyeliners You Can Count On
Here are the four experiments I conducted in determining the best drugstore eyeliners you can buy: Finish The NYX Matte Liquid Liner ($7.50) was my reigning favorite before testing the others in this post. It has a very fine brush tip that I think is the best for graphic liner and winged liner. It creates crisp thin lines and is easy to stamp on or flick into a point. Drugstore liquid liner
This liner is similar to the NYX Matte – it has a fine brush tip that goes on nicely on the lid. The formula is opaque and dries quickly to a matte finish. The black shade is amazing and stays dark throughout the day. However it is not waterproof like the Wet n Wild H2O and NYX Matte and a little bit of water will smear it.
